Global Strategy Question
Given the rapid economic shifts in the world, industry demands the strategic agility of global businesses. In your opinion, how often should a firm review the comparative advantage and relative efficiencies of their global presence? Campbell’s exit from Russia & GE’s new technology center in Michigan are few examples of recent entry / exit games of few global players. Any thoughts / viewpoints / comments?
